Delivery Dudes ("we") operates the Delivery Dudes customer, driver, and restaurant apps and the website at deliverydudes.online. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it when you use our food-delivery service. 1. Data we collect We collect account details (name, mobile number, email if provided), saved delivery addresses, order history, in-app messages and support tickets, device push tokens, approximate or precise location when you use location-based restaurant discovery or delivery tracking, and payment or wallet records needed to complete an order. Driver applicants may also submit identity and vehicle documents through the website. 2. How we use data We use this data to create and authenticate your account, show nearby restaurants, process and deliver orders, notify you about order and account status, provide customer support, operate wallet/loyalty features, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting requirements. 3. Who we share data with We share the information needed to fulfill an order with the restaurant and the assigned driver. Payment processors receive payment details when you pay online. We do not sell your personal information. 4. Retention We keep account profile data while your account is active. After you delete your account we remove or anonymize personal account data. Order, payment, and wallet ledger records may be retained where required for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons. 5. Account deletion You can delete your customer account in the app (Profile → Delete Account) or on the web at https://deliverydudes.online/account-deletion. Deletion is blocked while an order is still active. Web deletion is verified by SMS code sent to the mobile number on the account. 6. Your choices You can update profile details in the app, turn off location permission in device settings (some discovery features will then be limited), and disable push notifications in device settings. 7. Children The service is intended for adults who can place a food-delivery order. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. 8.
